Where to target postcard mailings

I was wondering where the best targeted postcard mailings would be.

New homeowners?
Cost of home?
Income based?
zip code?

Anyone seen better results with one verses the other?

I haven't done it exactly this way, but I think that income and zip codes would be your best bet. Hope this helps.
