Apartment proposals/estimate...

Trying to work up a few estimates for a seasonal contract on some apartment complexes by me. Can someone please tell me what they have included in the proposal/estimate. IE: Length of the season, 8 or 6 months, or just march till november. Spring and fall cleanups included.. what about mulch? Blowing, edging...etc.. Basically, what do they like to see.

If anyone can give me some input or let me know how their complexes are handled would be greatly appreciated.

A little more involved in the actual paper aspect, what is going to be on paper. the length of the term and what is going to be included in that price. Do you show them what it will cost per month, per mow or for the entire season? What do you include and what may be extra?
