i was thinking about to start sealing but just residential right now. i dont have a sealing tank and stuff was going to start with just using the pails for start to see how things go before invest in all this stuff. seeing if this a a good way to start since its residential and what not.

To make a good comparison , sealing out of buckets is about as productive as cutting grass with a 20 inch push mower . You can cut 3 lawns a day and be worn out or cut 10 with a 48 hydro and not be worn out. Buckets work but not well when you start mixing and spreading 15 to 20 buckets

Just starting sealing this year. Bought new 300gal pull behind unit for $8700.00 one tank will cover 15,000 sq ft . Much faster/ better than all that hand mixing/brushing:)

1 tank will cover 15k sq ft how did you come up with that. 50 sq ft per gallon.... It all depends on the condition of the pavement, if your using CT AE. How much Polymer , sand, water, etc... are you going to use in the mix
