Call the business you want to service and they will direct you to their property management company. I did this last week. I made 2 calls, and was asked to bid on 3 properties. Now I just gotta turn these opportunities into jobs. I am going to call more places on Tuesday. The best time to call places are late Tuesday mornings. Trust me. Just be confident, you may get shot down a few times, or have to leave a message, but don't give up. Good luck.
