How to get commercial accounts??

How do you go about getting commercial accounts??? What's involved? Are they better than residential???

Try doing a search in this forum, there have been so many threads about commercial accounts you will be able to find your answer within a few minutes.

Commercial accounts are easy... Ask to be on the bid list... when the bid comes up, quote it about 40% under cost, and you've got the job..
