Ferris prices

I can buy a 1000z 23kaw 52inch for $5775.00 or a is3000z 25kaw 60inch for$7029.00 How are these prices and are these good mowers and how do they cut.

I had three of the i/s 61" before they became the 3000 model they did not cut real well, if you stack the blades it does help them a lot but then you will be buying a new clutch. As far as prices to me it sounds good but in my area the good dealer they had was canned and the dealer that has replaced them should'nt even be a dealer.

I have the ferris 4000 and luv it. As far as the price is concern its seems like a good price .Just make sure you have a good dealer.

I tried out a 61" with a 23hp kaw. engine in wet grass it cut terrible at high speed. It did hold a hillside good however!
