I have located a 84" bucket and an 84" landplane at my local JD dealership. Do any of you run these, how do they hold up? I have only ever had bobcat attachments (which are made by someone else anyhow) and i am sure jd's are the same.

I can get a 84" landplane w/hydrualics for $2,300, which seems pretty reasonable. I think they have been sitting on them for a summer or two and are anxious to get rid of them. What do you think?

Their bucket's are not nearly as impressive, seem kind of lightweight to me. A 84" construction or utility bucket only weights 550 lbs???? I know their are better built ones out their, but by the time i buy one and have it shipped out here, it ends up costing alot more. THanks for your input

Deere's buckets are very small, even to Cat buckets, the land plane is a good deal, but the bucket is a rip off, Bobcat's buckets are still better for capacity.

Deere buckets are good. Ran a smooth and a tooth bucket in a 322 Ctl and could not hurt them. I likes the deere buckets bec they are low profile and the cutting edge sicks out far enough to see what you are doing.

Yes you do JR. I wish I could "fix" those "issues" of yours. I guess I came along too late in your development to influence any change. Must be that "nature" verse "nurture" thing. I cant put in what God left out.
