Here are some recipes for the vermiphiles among us. Be sure to post back if you try them out, and let us know how you liked it. Recycling foodscraps doesn't have to end at the worm casting/soil/plant interface. It can make one more pass through the gut and come back as biosolids.

I would not eat any worms, they soak up heavy metals and retain it in there body's. but it is funny, sort of.......

If you must eat worms, feed them to fish first and then eat the fish.

extremely concerned!!!metals out the yang, so any sales of my worms are off for now...
