Is this show on anymore? I saw these guys in my town the other day.

Wow. I never saw or heard of it. I got on their website though, and all their episodes are on there. I guess this gives me something to watch at the end of the nights!

I've seen it. Not the best presentation of a green industry owner. All the guy does is yell and swear at his guys, in front of clients, the show Heli-loggers that replaced it is much better.

The guy is a bit of a hot head and driving a little blue mercedes suv to the jobsite is just stupid. But he did have a good biz going. I remember the big ice storm they got he sent his team to bass pro shops and spent many thousands just to outfit his temporary workers. Then he goes with a friend to do some tree bidding from a helicopter due to the ice storm. Thats pretty badasss. Plus watching all that stuff in HD is just sweet.

Im sure they had to play it up for the camera! If they followed us around everyday,how boring would that be? I still think those guys are crazy!

TLC pulled the show because of people from the tree industry were crying unsafe work practices. It might be back on in the spring according to their web site- saw for hire- I don't know. I think it was a very good show.

I liked it as well, the guy was a bit of an a$$ but it kept me tuned in to see what he would do next, i really wanted to see who was gonna go after him first as well......man he stressed me out.

That jerk is a black eye for us tree guys who try hard to run a professional company. He is a former roofer turned tree guy. It is just a question of time before somebody gets killed on that show, he almost managed to flip a crane in one show. Both the ISA and TCIA submitted formal letters of complaints to TLC for that show. He mentioned once in one of the shows that he hasnt damaged a roof for over a WEEK! :hammerhead:
