Bidding commercial jobs by the hour?

I am giving a commercial bid for a community this week. This area has about 15 different sections of grass throughout the community that need maintanence. The sections vary in shape and size. This makes it almost impossible to bid this job by sq. feet. Myself and two employees will be doing the job. I am thinking it will take us all day to do this place (8-10 hrs.). What should I bid for a job that will take this long?

But.. I recommend you do your best to measure. Even if it's (the measurements) used as a reference.. maybe for future work.
