I'm not computer illiterate, but this is making me feel that way. I can't figure out how to save my Real Green database to a thumb drive. Can someone please tell me how you do it?

Thanks

Click on the icon on the top next to the phone. Its a folder with a c clamp around it. Thats the backup to zip icon. Point to the correct folder and hit save.

looked through the real green search for the answer to this question, but couldn't find it.

why wouldn't i have a "folder with a clamp around it" icon? also when i got to data maintenance to do a save a backup file there it shows that i can't press that option. i guess i'll just contact real green tomorrow.

The best way, imo is to exit the program, go to your c: drive find the folder called la3 and copy and pase to your thumb drive. this way you get a full copy you can restore yuorself and not just get a bunch of ziped data files that cant be restored easily.

I think that would be a GREAT idea...Maybe have two sections...one for Realgreen and the other for QXpress.
