I just recently purchased a super mini Z demo with a 25 hp kawasaki. I just put a tiny tach on this mower. I noticed that at wot the rpm's was at 3440 with no load. Can someone tell me how to adjust the governor?? ,so that I can get my rpm's around 3650 with the blade engaged I think this is where it should be any help would be appreciated
Thanks

I would first make sure the throttle cable is adjusted properly, it could of came out of adjustment.
As to adjusting the governor, this is something I would certainly bring to the dealer to be done, especially since this is under warranty, the governor if adjusted wrong could do some sever damage to the engine.
Both of these adjustments should be checked and made by the dealer.

If you purchased it from a dealer I would think the dealer would adjust it for free.
But in any case you should have a engine manual. The manual should tell you how to adjust the rpms. Usually it is just a PJ stated, the throttle cable adjustment.
And you did not state the idle speed but I would start with the idle rpm first then see what your max rpms are.

Engine manuals ususualy dont tell you how to turn up the rpm's for good reason. They dont want a homeonwer turning them up to 4,500rpm. Thats just asking for trouble. Take it back to your dealer and he will properly adjust them for you.

My engine manual shows the proper rpms for both settings . So I don't know what to say.
