i was wondering if any of you ever carry a portable compressor with you to take mower blades off if you have to on site rather than using the traditional ratchet set. if you have a portable compressor what kind is it? i was also wondering if any of you have everthought of waxing the mowers to make them easier to clean. i am just looking for ideas to make life easier this coming season. thanks!!:blob3: :)

No, I don't carry a portable air compressor. I've never had the need to change a blade in the field fast enough that regular hand tools wouldn't work. As for waxing the equipment. . .Yes, I do take very good care of the equipment, and waxing makes it easier to remove dirt and grime. However it's not like a car. The mower has a lot more odd angles! Just be careful not to cut your hands!
