Any of you guys have any comments on the skid steer this guy is selling on here? Looks to be in good shape, any info would be great.

If the price is right and everything checks out, go for it as long as you have dealer support. Gehl's track loaders are built by Takeuchi, which are solid performers.

The 60 is a TL130.
The Takeuchi has an excavator style door and The Gehl has a swing out door.
A 2000 better be cheap.Like 10k
They are comparable to the 247

CTL 65 would be the current model but the specs are almost identical to a 60.Didnt see the unit for sale but always check the rollers.Taks rollers normally go about 2000 hrs before needing attention but this can vary greatly depending on its previous use.. Its 66HP so its putting out more power than a 247 or 257 does. The ride wont match the Cats but it has a 4" narrower stance and a lower operating UC expense.Picking capacity is excellent in the real world.Breakout forces are quite a bit higher than the Cat 247/257.On a dead lift just using the arms you will see big differences. The 257 has a higher tip rating but the cost of this is much higher UC wear.(even than the 247)..
Remember the cab height of the Gehl is 84" which is a lot higher than most..The rollback on the bucket is a nice feature. You spill way less.
If you can buy it right and can put up with the rougher ride than the Cat I think you would be happy with this style of unit..

Does that have heat too? You cant see the cond.of the rollers or sprockets from the pics. But i would estimate it is well worth the 8K asking price if everything works right..put some new tracks on it and run it..I sell Mustangs(which is the same as the Gehls and taks) I would recommend the new style Solideal tracks for replacements..Way better than the factory track...If you want an info or a price on those just PM me..Good luck on your decision..

It had a spray can paint job, check the pics of the pilot control consoles and the hydraulic couplers, there's major over spray. And $8000?? Is that dude high? STOLEN.

Yeah he said he painted it himself. Do I take it that you think his price is too low?

Ask for a VIN # and hour meter pics, he should be asking $18,000.
