Does anyone have a fix for Chaulky, faded vinyl siding?

Sodium Hydroxide/butyl mix applied then brushed followed by low pressure (100-200psi) rinse.

Hey Mike thanks for the help. What's the ratio per gallon of water or straight chemical? Where would I start to look for this chemical? Brand name, Manufacture? Thanks Again for the help...
