Safety Plan Help

We are somewhat new to the commercial landscape construction side of things. We have done a couple apartments and banks but not too much commercial. We have been mostly a residential landscape company but are currently trying to tap the commercial side of things.

Anyway, we got the contract to do the landscaping at a federally owned building. They are requiring that I provide a site safety plan. Does anyone have a good commercial safety plan or just a generic one I can use? This is the first time we have been asked for this. Thanks.

The feds are like that.Basically just do a JHA-job hazard analysis (identify hazards to employees while doing whatever job they are performing, next, If this happens this is what we are going to do about it.
There is no one size fits all plan. You must identify hazards pertaining to each site, for instance if traffic is present and employees are within 15' of it they will wear reflective vests. Next if one gets hit by car, we are taking them to this hospital or calling 911.
