Ron here is your work truck!!!!! AWJ you was looking for work truck also.Right!

I didn't get to see it sell ,so can't tell you how much it was new. They was selling brand new 6500 Chevy truck with new dump box for 30K.Lots of other brands late models for 15 to 20K at the auction.

Would like to have taking more pictures of stuff ,but was busy doing my thing, looking for bargains that i thought i wanted(needed:laugh:).

It was a Pete with a fold dowm ramp in the back, not sure if the bed raised or not.Deck was 20ft or more looked to be,plus the fold dowm ramp.:usflag:

That truck new would be alteast 140,000-150,000 it is only a 335 so its not a big power truck probably only has a 8.3 ISC Cummins.

For equipment hauling I think a rolloff truck is still the best you can haul gravel with it plus your able to haul your machine at the end of the day.

It'd only work for Ron if it was an auto. Ronnie can't drive the stick shifts.

Those trucks are commonly spec'ed with a auto or 9spd.

Put The ex on the back and equip that thing with some racks and tool boxes and my you know what would no longer stink.
I would have to cancel my membership here and move up in the world.

It was at least a Pete(Ron's favorite, not the right color)! I looked inside i believe it was a 9 speed like GR said.

GR 150k i would guess didn't bring over 50k at the sale,by what other stuff was going for,but i missed the sale of it,so who knows! The new owner does :cool2::usflag:

The chassis alone you figure is 90,000 the rollback bed isn't cheap. That is a light front end 335 thou its only got the 12,000lb front axle.

The 335 is usually spec'ed as a crane truck with a 20,000lb front axle you run a 200 series Hiab behind the cab with a 16-18 foot bed then you have a lumber delivery truck. They are not big power like I said mostly come with the C series Cummins or what ever Paccar rebranded the engine.

I bet a rental company bought that truck a place that rents construction equipment its perfect of them. Not a flashy fancy truck it has a steel bed good for hauling minis and skids etc.

Are you talking U.S.?

If so thats high

A friend bought a new 2008 335 last year with a 16' dump body out the door for 98K. with a Cummins and a fuller 9sp. spec'ed with every option he wanted.

No that is what we pay in CND funds.

With truck prices dropping like a rock in a pool of water you can get a new truck for a better deal.
