So when you are turning, you just keep one side engaged and it allows you to turn without all the hassle?

Yes, to turn you just release a lever and the other side basically steers the machine.

How many hours you figure you put on the machine from 2005 to present? Thats 4 seasons and maybe 5 if you have had it out this season already. Any work done to the machine? What kind of shape the spoons in? Why selling?

Sorry for not replying to any posts yet, my brother and I are trying to decide what we would take for it.

I honestly don't know how many hours would be on it. We didn't do a lot of aerating with it, probably only 20-30 yards per season.

The bearing in the reduction gear on the side of the motor had to be replaced because it had no oil in it, we always check that now. Everything is in proper condition, it is ready to use.

Spoons are in good shape, the pictures are current (actually taken this spring but hasn't been used since then).

Selling because we picked up a very large account this year that includes aeration, we are upgrading to a bigger machine.

We are marking this down to $1,000.

Any takers?

I'm interested. I would have sent you a phone number, but the PM option doesn't come up for you. I've sent you a friend request (whatever that is) so maybe you can contact me, or PM me with a phone number.

slewis - it appears as though my PMs are not working, no idea why.
