25/52 Super mini 220 Hrs $4000.00

I am wanting to get some feedback on this machine.
I am looking at buying a 2004 Super-mini with 220 hours. The guy that is selling it is getting out of the bussness. It seems like pretty low hours, but it looks like it's in good shape. Does this sound like a fair price?

It would have to be in great shape for the year for that price.
I would be more inclined to pay about $3,500.00
Check to make sure it has had the deck discharge opening update.
Put a rubber discharge chute on it and the deck will be the same as what we sell today other than a gray seat on the newer units.
