Ok we just recently built a 2005 f350 drw with a aluminum flat bed for our service truck and general construction stuff.. the problem I'm running into is tool boxes..
we always buy weather guard boxes for our pick ups and they are not cheap, but they are the best..
But i just went to my local dealer and this is what i got a quote on
high sided aluminum 90'' #391-0-01 797.40
under body aluminum 60'' #660 743.40
under body aluminum 30'' #631 513.90
all the boxes will be going on the top rail of the truck but the reg high side box is narrow so that's why i want the under body because the are deeper
i just think 2054.70 is insane
what do you guys think ?
are there other brands that compare?

Have a welding shop price you out what it would cost them to build you some aluminum boxes. A shop can build you what ever you want.

Have them custom built to your specs. For the money it would be cheaper.
