hello, i am new this year. i will be placing a bid for 3 parks together.i figured it to be about 24 hrs of total work for 3 guys. 2 mowing and 1 trimming. does a bid of $2520.00 seem to high for a weekly mow. thanks

It all depends on obstacles etc, how many homes are their, i had a mobile home park last year, your over head,

evrything i have is payed for. that is just for the park it's self. the lots are done biweekly at $10 per lot and $35 for over grown lots. it is all straight mowing with not much in the way.

That would be good money for 3 days a week work. IMO mobile home parks are alot of work, alot of garbage, alot of trimming, alot of complaints.

You say 24 hours total work. Is that one 8 hour day x 3 guys? Is this the hours per week or per month and is that the price per week or per month. I can't tell what you numbers mean but if you get $40 per man hour that should cover your overhead and profit. I would figure total man hours per visit multiply by how many service visits per year / multiply by $40 divide by 12 and that's your monthly invoice.

my bad just read the post again and that's per week/ Seems high. Your at $100 per man hour+
