As usual, I'm about the last to recieve my copy. I believe that they are mailed via class 4 mail. This for some reason routes my copy of Turf to the Pony Express System of our US Postal System! Its always about a week after someone here posts about getting his/her copy that I finally get mine! Oh well....

I thought that name rang a bell, you are the godfather at 22 years in the bizz. You don't look that old. Must be all the fresh air.

And I thought I was the only one that wore his glasses on the bill of his hat!

Must be a LCO thang.

I filled out my paper but didn't have a picture to send, lost the paper now.

TLS I always get my copy late too. It might even take longer than yours. I act like I'm paying for the mag or something.

Jim from TURF here ...

Thanks to LGF for participating in what we hope to be an ongoing feature in the magazine. Kinda neat, huh?

Also ... a bunch of you folks have responded to my plea for reviews of equipment. You'll be seeing the new column "Talkin About My Gear" starting in the April issue ... with more than one of the lawnsite folks featured.

Oh -- and about slow mail delivery? Here's the deal. The magazines are mailed from Wisconsin. Depending on where you live, our pals at USPS have varying breakup points. Each of these stops are trucks unloading and reloading. Example? We're in way northern Vermont. If I send a letter to myself from the office, the letter goes from the P.O. here to a point in southern Vermont ... then on to Springfield, Massachusetts ... back to southenr Vermont and finally back to me (if it shows up at all).
