Ive been looking for a good used mower, and this one looks to be in excellent shape.

here is the story sent to me in an email:
I'm listing the mower for an older friend of mine, he ask me to because he doesn't know how to use the computer to well.He said he bought it brand new in 2005 or 2006(he can't remember) for over $10,000 to mow about an acre or less. The mowers hour meter shows around 40 hours but he said it actually only has about 10 hours mowing time the rest is from starting the mower and driving it at the storage facility a few times a week to let it run for the pass 3 to 4 years. He would rather sell the mower and trailer together, but says that if he sells the mower by itself he wants $7000 cash firm and he's taking off the brand new mulching blade that cost $750 and was never used and putting on the stock blade(which is non mulching), I think he has someone that will buy it from him or he's going to return it for a refund. He's just trying to re-coop some of his money, $10,000 + for the mower, $1000 for the trailer, $400 for the ramps, $750 for the mulching blade = $12,150 plus tax, it's a hell of a deal for $7500. Grass cutting season is here and he's getting a lot of interest so he wants me to raise the price back up to $9500, that's the price he started at back in December but I convinced him to lower it during the winter months, so I'm telling everyone that's interested don't delay because the price is fixing to go up.The mower has always been kept inside and maintained properly
Doubt he will get 9500 for it, but it sounds like he doesnt want to come down on the price any either.
