Did the amount of straw used come close to what you estimated?

I have to admit I was off, I figured 1742 bales and it took 1750:confused:That made the job a loser:usflag:

Shane has helped me with two jobs next to each other that were 520 bales. They were both excellent. He's opening a straw and mulch outlet in Chestnut Mountain Georgia. I got some of the same long needle straw for a small job and it was beautiful.:usflag:

too bad bales dont go through a bark blower... or something I mean i guess there are bale blowers but you cant use them around all those trees and everything

what's a bale cost a customer / what do you pay for it?

How much are they a bale. I only use around 4k a year. I have a guy that brings me 500 at a time but always looking to find a nicer bale. Well maybe not nicer but more consistant bale. I've been waiting on 500 for a while now. I just wish I could find someone that has longleaf clean decent size bales consistantly. Sometimes I get a load of leaves and sometimes there pretty.

Im in NC. Thanks!

What is Shanes e-mail or contact info, I have to get straw for my HOA, I'm not far from Chestnut Mountain, maybe 30 miles or so.
