Just for background I own a Plugger 850HD. It does pull a boat load of Plugs...compared to the other companies that run the more common aerators. I had tons of positive comments last year especially from those who have had other companies aerate for them in the past or they rented one. Fact is the greatest resistance I run up against is the poor quality of what my competitors are offering. On a few occasions I've dragged out the machine and did a test strip and they do say "yes that's more plugs".
Plug density even in tough soil, hills no problem, tight spots not a problem - hydro drive makes it easy. Yes more of lawn gets aerated than the vast majority of other services out there. I don't leave pulls all over the walks and driveways or street and the base of the trailer ramp. I do take the extra 5 min or even 10 to get as much of the lawn done as possible.
Anyhow I'm down to the following catch phrases or a tag lines:
Superior Equipment - Superior Service - Superior Results
"We Pull the Plug(s) on the Competition"
"We're Pulling the Plugs on the Competition"
Our Aeration Service Knocks the socks off the competition -- Ask me why!
"Our aerations are superior to those of the competition! Ask me how!"
