Mow trim and blow off 15,500 sq. feet, what do you charge?

I do a church that is 15,000 square feet with minimal edging and trimming for $70.00. It is hard to give you an accurate bid with the information you gave.

Wow, Greens you're doing great at that price! The majority of my residential props. are 10,500 sq. ft., and around here the going price is $25-30 per cut. With a 48" w.b. this can be done in under a half hour. But, as greens said, you have limited info. A yard that has a lot of beds and needs more trimming will bring a higher price.

Most of my residential customers are willing to pay somewhere between $35-$45 weekly. I do have a customer that pays $60 per visit but that lawn is a real piece of work and it is on the lake with a big bluff at the back of the property.

LGF why yes it is. its something i've recently picked-up,
haven't had much chance to use it yet, though. it does
seem to be close to the formulas I came up with to bid when
i first started which have been rather decent. i am fairly new to
the biz(starting my 2nd season) working at it part-time, trying
to learn the ropes. am also licenced and insured. by the way
whats up with Phil Nilsson's books? lots of info just not sure how
good it is yet. appreciate your opinion

Never looked in one.
They are kind of pricey.
I had a nice smart azz answer but I'll save it.
I can't honestly say anything about Phil Nilsson.
I don't know him at all, or read his books.
Glad they have helped you, I have read they have not others.
BTW is your screen name after the MONSTER truck?
I could change mine to BIG FOOT, they are right here in Florassant MO.

Let's see... 15,000 sq ft of grass.
1) Pick up sticks, trash, debris prior to cutting.
2) Cut grass (not bagged)
3) Line trim
4) Edge walks, curb and high profile beds if needed
5) Blow down all hard surfaces
6) Spray cracks in walks, drive, patios, etc with Round-up as needed
Don't forget about loading and unloading and leaving serive notice at the property upon completion. At $2.00 a minute for a three man crew, I'd put it at at least $45 to $60 depending on site conditions.
annual= 1350.00
monthly= 112.50
