Wide open...only a few trees.....54,000 sq. ft......mow time with a 52 inch. Z apx. 45 to 50 min.-- trim and blow time apx.10 to 15 min. Just wondering what you come up with ? THANKS

Between $55 and $65 depending on how close it is to other properties.

$60 - $65...probabably would want to mow it once before I gave a firm price.

Rodfather, you said, "mow it first before I gave them a firm price". I think that is a great way to quote a lawn. But how do you do that? What do you tell the customer? Suppose after you cut it they think that is too much, what do you charge then?

Thanks guys, I was thinking of a price increase this year...with this information it WILL happen !! I have been doing this lawn for the past 2 years for $45.00 a cut. I have been able to sell some extras at this account {landscaping-shurb work-lawn apps.} but my cut price is just to low.
