I picked this up on Friday. It is a 2006 Exmark TTHP 36 hydro with ecs. I haven't really had a chance to use it due to all the rain, but the controls seem wierd to say the least.

why only 15hp?
Ummm because thats what it came with. It should be plenty for a 36.

I think the 15hp will be just fine for that 36. My 36 Gravely has a 13hp Kawi on it and will flat out plow some grass. I've never had any problems with it not having enough power. Looks like you got a good mower there and good luck with it this year!

Nice looking mower! I'm currently looking at 36" mower options. Trying to decide if I should upgrade from my Cub Cadet 33" yet.

$1750.00. I feel like I got a pretty good deal on it. I found it on Machine Finder at a JD dealer in TN. I called my dealer here and told him about it and he said if I wanted it, they would put it on a truck and bring it down for free.

Nice mower. Get an hour meter on that thing.
I have a 48"tthp and a 36"Viking. To be honest the 36" 15hp bogs down considerably when cutting anything long and thick...sharp blades and all. The hydros scream though and the cut is good.
I absolutely love the ecs controls. You will get used to them pretty quick.
Use 15 50w mobile syn for the pumps.

Thanks for the replies! I felt like it was a pretty good deal. I sold my Q36 earlier this year so I really needed something to replace it. I can't wait for it to dry up so I can mow some grass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just wondering if that would be enough to pull a person around and mow grass as well. I have a 17hp kawi on my 32".

That's because it is. I wish I could pick up a brand new mower for $1700.

I will get all of my equipment out and get it cleaned up for pics. It seems like every chance I get, it ends up raining.
