Just wanted to share some pics of the smoker I just finished. I made it out of a Aqua-Mate watering tank that didn't work anymore

When I see him on Friday, I'll take a closer look and taste, hopefully.

Okay, we got lots of brisket here, but how about hearing from the opposition party? Any pork ribs photos out there?

Question is - did the horse wind up in the smoker, now that the shoes aren't needed?

I do quite a bit of pork spareribs no pictures though, I think their my favorite. Heres a pic of some beef ribs I did yesterday after I pulled the brisket off, they came out really good.

Since I saw your post on my IPhone while picking up my trailer I decided to add to the conversation with a smoker they were selling at the trailer place but I was curious as to the racks. They fit perfect. Did you make the racks?

Pretty impressive MOWER and it looks like you can fit a full brisket.

Just for fun and discussion I took pics of one at this place but FIRST MY NEW 14' TRAILER WOOHOO. Then a DALLAS classic for Pizza. Finally the field where these BBQ pits come from

Thanks the racks are Weber replacement racks for their 22.5" kettle grill. I couldn't asked for a better fit, I put two racks in it, I think i can put in one more. I also used a tractor disc for a heat diffuser. Those are some serious cookers their in those pictures. I wonder what starting price is.

I went to a water well servicing company here and picked up three old pressure tanks for free, I have a idea to use a air tight wood stove that I have to build a horizontal smoker that will be five feet long (wife just shakes her head) I need to hurry up because in May I have two people wanting me to cook 6-7 briskets each for a wedding and a graduation. Your welcome to come and help:) Oh nice trailer BTW. Who makes it? I have a 20' wells cargo that we use for maintenance.

May have a second career recycling things into smokers. Course that wouldn't be a job that would be living a dream. I prefer your style smoker with the wood under the meat as opposed to a side box.

Wow. What kind of fertilizer do they use to grow them that big?

Thanks Mike; glad you liked the brisket. I enjoyed meeting with you. Oh by the way the system you and I looked at had a shut off valve on the two valves only. :wall The one must have been added later. One was stuck open, anyway it is all fixed. Thanks again for the rain master shirt and hat.
