Hey guys, im looking for a good contractor who i can sub out jobs such as retaining walls and larger concrete paver jobs. I wont take on a job i know i cant make absolutely perfect, obviously what everyone should be doing. The going rate for sub is usually 10 percent, but all is ask is 5 percent, pretty reasonable i think. I require that you are licensed and insured, have plenty references, and have a reputable business, ICPI certified or something similar would be nice too.
