So, I've got a hydraulic problem with my rc-60. Acted up this winter, when cold it would not function right, especially the return to level on the bucket and the up on the boom. When it would warm up, all of a sudden it would get much better and could use it, sometimes a function would stick for lack of a better word. Now, it doesn't get better when warm, it will work well when at an idle but when you rev it up, the up and curl function will attempt to move but just kick off, almost like it has relieved. Back it off to an idle and it will work, but sometimes stutter a bit then work. Oil level is fine, drives work perfect. Any ideas???

I would call ASV and ask for their service department. They are one of the few manufacturers that you can still call direct. Here is the number off of their website- 800-346-5954.

Make sure you have 420psi approx at the charge pressure port. if not that will be your problem you need to shim the pump

Well, after a bunch of chasing, found (actually dad found) the problem. There was a small spring in the relief valve broken. Put in a new valve as they don't offer parts for it broke down, and she's going like a champ. Thanks for the ideas anyway.
