What is the average base price for cutting lawns that are 1/4 acre 1/3, 12, and 1 full acre. (flat square without obstacles)

By base price, I have a minimum of $27.00 for mowing. That get's you up to about 21,000 sq/ft with little to no trimming and blowing.
