View Full Version : Green Touch and Havener Enterprises?

I was looking at the new Turf magazine and saw an ad for the Havener trimmer racks, they are indentical to the green touch racks, complete with the flat pins, multiple mounting slots, the same vinyl coating but in black. I am suprised they can get away with selling that? If it was yellow, it would BE a green touch rack!! Havener does have another device for holding up velkes/sulkies on a WB that looks pretty neat though. Anyone ever use Havener products or know anything about the velkie device? On a turf tracer, stringing up a 2 wheel velke is a tough thing to do, because of where the hydro control rods are located, but their design looks like it might work.

(the original green touch racks that is). The only difference in the two brands is the color, everything else is exactly the same!!??

It's probably an old patent that has expired. They are nothing like the current GT racks. If I used one of those, my trimmers would be screaming at me for buying them. :)
