Spyker spreader parts needed

I purchased two used spkyer walk behind spreaders model 96-22. These are the powder coated models and both of them have their ground prop leg rusting through pretty badly. I've emailed Spyker, but have yet to hear back. Gempler's is going to let me know if they can find the part 05-98-1120 (painted) or 05-97-3020 (stainless).

Does anyone know if a lawn care business in the Dallas area might be able to find a replacement, even if it's not the original Spyker part?

Any other ideas? I'm OK if it's not a Spyker part.

Something that simple should be able to be bent out of tubing/pipe at any welding/fabrication shop and likely to out last a new replacement.
