Sweet. Why do the Dixie Choppers have like off roading wheels in the back?

I don't know...but that's a Grasshopper...not a DC.

Its a Grasshopper Not A Dixie Crapper< please don't insult me like that, i like the Bar Tread tires, they hold slopes better, more traction in wet areas, and they don't seem to tear as bad as turf tires on the turns, I'm going Monday afternoon to buy a new Grasshopper hopefully some pics of it Tuesday

You'd be lucky to have a Dixie over that Grasshopper! Come on, just kidding. All machines are fine if they work for you (well most are). Happy Spring!

nice strips that the grasshopper put down. do you gain any more traction with those tires over turf tires

Nice looking St. Augustine. Some of my nicer properties are coming along now that they are fertilized and we are coming out of the winter. Good job!

my guess would be 15-0-15 or 24-2-11....those are the most commonly used here for the St. Augustine.

Nice mower, Did you just take the ROPS , and spindle guards off for the picture or is this ho you are going to keep it

I take the ROPS off b/c of tree limbs and the fact that my head hits it, the spindle guards I take off also b/c they are hard to take off to clean under them, with them off i know there is no buildup on the spindles, just blow grass right off the deck
