I'm doing some mowing on the side and wanted to know what most of lou leave customers after you mow their lawn. My customers will be paying by the month so wanted to know what I should leave on their door when I am finished doing the job.
Also what website sells mowing forms? Thanks Brett

To me if your lawn gets mowed or not is pretty obvious. Something like Fertilizing or trimming bushes may not get noticed as soon and some kind of notice should be given. Verbal or written.
I do not hand out anything.

If the customer can't tell you mowed their lawn. Their either the best customer you will ever have, or your doing a horrible job.

One place I worked at had a "we were here sorry we missed you" form to leave on door knobs. It had a check list of things we did and a space for notes.

Since you said that your customers will be paying once per month I would just send them a bill in the mail at the end of every month. You could buy a billing software, such as quickbooks, and use that to fill out and print invoices. Or you could create your own using microsoft word and fill it in after each time and then at the end of the month leave the bill with them before you go.

Lawnpro tags it as a VISIT, I have never had anyone doubt if we were there or not.
