What is the going rate in your guys areas as far as new lawn installations?? No sod, just general prep with a harley rake or rock hound, seeding, starter fert and straw. I was looking for a sq. foot estimate. Thanks.

It's an approximately 10,000 square foot job. Not a ton of prep work involved. I will need to have a dingo or a skid steer and I figure on using about 10 to 15 yards of topsoil between the lawn and building the beds.
