anybody own one of these small stand mowers for getting in gates.
im thinking about buying one. looking for opinions.

i hear really good things about the wrights.. intrested to see what people have to say about the gravelys

Size...you really won't gain much with 2 extra inches. But the wrights are always getting very good reviews.

just bought a 32 wright in december and it will go through any gate, including wood fences. the 34 gravely might be a bit tight in some applications, i recommend the 32

That 2 inches will help getting through a gate, but not mowing, ya it might get you one more cut pass, but in the end is not worth it.

they are talking about the gravely prostance 34" , not a walkbehind.

Plus the motor blowing is irrelavant because they both run the kawasaki

I thought they were talkling about the Gravely 34Z, not the ProStance !!

I have had a full year mowing on the 34 Prostance. Over all I do like it.
My big issue is the weight... 830 lbs. I live in a rural area cutting non fenced yards that are mostly grass over original soft soil. No suburban manicured stuff.
The machine leaves ruts.
