Estimate Help On Brush Job

Hello. This is my first post but ive been reading on this site often :)

Okay. So i need a thought on an estimate. A customer of mine has a roughly 60x22 area he needs cleared. The area is all overgrown and is weedy and even has some natural flowers growing. However, all of this will come up because he wants me to put grass down. This is stage 1 of this clearing process.

So what do you think would be a good estimate? I am going to post pictures later on this evening so you can see what needs to be done.

The customer wants seed put down and i dont think top soil will be needed as the soil underneath is very rich. I also generally get 40 an hour for cleanups.

So i need help estimating

1. Cost to clear brush area
2. Cost to seed area

The yellow line is the area im making grass. Above that will eventually become gardens and such. The tree with the red line in it is going to be cut down and removed as well. But i hope this gives you a better idea on what im talking about.

That's not bad, I'd just charge time and materials.

2 hours for the renovation, plus any tilling to get a seed bed. Add in the seed cost, and viola!
