Did you buy your smoker? I'm thinking the Mowerman style smoker would be perfect for you unless you are in the mood to spend 700.00? Want to meet at BBQ Galore?

I saw Mel's smoker in Las Cruces; perfect. He'll post a pic of the cool gage when he gets back from his trip west.

no smoker yet. all my money is going back into the business now. we're staying so busy it gives me a headache. full blown booked on maintenance for nearly 3 crews now. booked out almost 2 weeks on irrigation repairs as well.

i have about another solid month of enhancements for existing customers, plus about 10,000 annuals to plant this month and 350+ yards of mulch to do in the next few weeks.
