Here is my 09 setup, still waiting on hand-helds to arrive. I have an Echo SRM-265 trimmer, Echo PB-755 back pack blower, and the all new Echo PE-265S straight shaft edger all on order.

As of now, I have my new 08 Silverado, 09 Ferris 48" Comfort Control Dual Drive, 06 Kubota 60" ZD25, and an 06 20' Enclosed trailer... I have new rims on order for the trailer, along with Firestone Air Bags for the back end of my truck along with towing mirrors, so I can actually see along side the trailer LOL.

Inside the trailer. It was used an equipment trailer for a gentleman who installed commercial home generators.

could you possibly take pics of the mowers inside the trailer. I have ztr and a walkbehind and am about to purchase a 20' enclosed. I wanna see how the mowers fit in there. How wide is it also?

Thanks all, yes the Ferris is a mini tank, I'll soon be upgrading the Kubota to the new Ferris Diesel (around 6 months).

Later on in the day, I'll get some pics of the inside. Its right around 84" wide I believe, I got an awesome buy on it and just wouldn't pass it by.

Thanks, I use BLC for short - plans are for my license plates to say BLC in the near future. Just need to get working to rebuild some capital that was spent over the winter months. And the shop, that's my storage shed. It's a HORRIBLE mess in there right now, waiting to clear out some of my buddies boats, and one El Camino.

I got the walkbehind from Arlington Power Equipment up in Palalitine, really nice guys up there.

The barn is a horrible mess right now, I'm sort of ashamed of how it actually looks. Once it cleans out some, I'll get some pictures.

Hey how do you like that Ferris hydro, I have exmark hydros right now and a ferris belt drive I am considering a new Ferris 61'' hydro w/b. I think the price is $5500 which is alot cheaper then the exmarks.

how much room do you have left after the two mowers are in the trailer? that ferris looks like a beast compared to any other wb mower i've seen....def looks bigger then a 48" deck

Right now I'm not a huge fan of the new comfort controls, they are defiantly going to take a little while getting use too. I went out in my cattle pasture when I picked it up, and I felt like a newbie driving a WB for my first time!! Last year I ran the older model Ferris WB, and from that one to this - world of difference. The "power turning" is a ***** if you're not careful - the bull runner sulky will whip you right off if you go too fast. One of the first three or four turns I made I was lying on the ground.... As far as general mower, the height adjustment for the deck is simple, just turn that rod on the side. The comfort controls is a plus for not having to hold that that annoying safety leaver. All the grease points seem easily accessible, the electric start is NICEEE! As for pricing, it listed at $7509, but I picked it up for $5509 with Arlington's Open House pricing. The 61" CCDD is listed in my book for $6509, now your dealer may have a special on it as well. I did demo the "Evolution", and I hated it. I'm too tall, fat, and just in general - not the right build for it. Plus, it felt like after a few hours - your lower back would start to bug out.

Now, as for the trailer, I'll snap a few pictures here in a bit - I have to finish up a little office stuff first.

Here are some pictures of inside the trailer. I have the mowers positioned so that the bulk of the weight is at the axles, to help balance out the truck/trailer. I can't wait for the air bags to come in, so it looks "normal" so to speak.

Honestly, so far - it pulls good. Aside from needing air bags to help carry some of the load and the brake controller... It's not bad. It's really like its not even there.

How does your Ferris cut in wet to dewy conditions??? I have the same Ferris as you and its cuts perfect in dry conditions. Leaves a nice stripe and even cut. The only problem i have with mine is if there is any moisture on the grass the mower will start cutting fine, then ill notice barely any grass coming out of the shoot. Next thing you know its like the deck is burping and balls of clumps come flying out. Does it especially on turns. I scrap the deck weekly so im just wondering if you've encountered the same problem ive had. I'll be trying fluid film in a week once it gets delivered to my door.

I just bought it, I haven't had a chance to actually use it yet. The grass isn't ready to be cut. I picked up 3 extra sets of blades, and a set of gator blades. I still have to order my GrassPacker bagger for it.. I hope that's not the case - my days normally start around early and some of the shady spots are nice and dewy in the morning.

why didn't you get the real kubota striping kit?

That is the official stripping kit from Kubota. ZD3022A is the part number, check it out. I noticed you have a newer model, maybe they changed it?
