In our area, we ask and get $347 for that size home. Assuming Vinyl siding.

We don't pressure wash a house for less than $300. If you are a legit and reputable company with the right equipment, chemicals, methods, knowledge, and are insured than you aren't charging much less (not if you want to be in business long).
