Does anyone out there use any sort of "formula" or equation using square footage or time to come up with your mowing and fertilizing prices? I am starting out on my own and I am working on some estimates. I will NEVER lowball, because I firmly believe you get what you pay for, and there's alot of customers out there who believe the same...but I also don't want to rip people off. I am afraid if I do too much guessing, especially on larger properties, I might accidentally do one of the two. Maybe something like X cents per square foot? Any suggestions are much appreciated. Thanks.
