I have been trying to find information on whether or not South Carolina will reciprocate a Georgia pesticide license. I know N.C., Florida, and Alabama do, I just cannot find anything for S.C. Georgia reciprocates S.C., so my guess would be yes, but where can I find the form for it if so?
Thanks in advance,
Jim

FYI Florida only reciprocates on the Golf Course Spray License under the Bureau of Compliance. Commercial CPO License under the Bureau on Entomology is non reciprocating

Thanks for the FYI. Florida's laws and regulations were pretty unclear when I read them online. Just trying to do some homework for a potential client.

That reciprocal agreement Between NC and Fla. really isn't much of an agreement. Anyone can sit and pass the 50 question test for Golf Course Certification in Fla.
There are two Bureau in Fla that license Pesticide application. The Bureau of Entomology and Pest Control that does Residential and Commercial L & O, Structural, Termite, and Fumigation. The Bureau of Compliance does agriculture, Road and Right away, Aquatic, and public government etc etc. The Bureau of Entomology has requirements while the Bureau of Compliance doesn't. I often joke that I needed a College degree to kill dandelions in a yard but any idiot can spray our water source under Fla laws. Truth is you don't need a license of any kind to spray Aquatic areas.

That sounds a bit backwards...of course this from the state that couldn't count votes  j/k
Last night I thought I had read (keyword: thought) that florida would reciprocate the certification for Georgia, NC, and SC. Then you would have to fill out the license information and pay the fees. And I thought it that for turf and ornamental, but like I said "thought".
By the way, I love the signature, couldn't agree more.:usflag:

Inability to count votes was on the Liberal East Coast of Florida which is full of NY and NJ retirees. If the world ever gets an enema they will make the insertion in NY,NJ.
