Work-up sheets

Not sure what else to call them. We have work-up sheets for fert, LawnCare estimates, Snow Estimates, and an Just about anything Estimate. But we are looking at getting a sheet that we can print out that we can figure landscapes, new lawns ect. something with a layout of a yard so i can measure and write it down ect. I show up with a blank paper i feel like a rookie. What do you all use? Or is there even anything?

I just use a piece of paper with my company heading and a small text box to put the name and address. works for me
