This is my second season starting this spring, and I was going
to give all my potentialy new customers a Introdution letter.
It would give them a list of our services and our payment schedule, and things of that nature. I was wondering if any body
else does this. And if so would they be willing to share any input
on how to word it .
I did a search and found mostly bid sheets and proposal templates, which are great, but I was just looking for a general
introduction type letter.
Thanks for any info

I typically break a cover letter into several key components. A contract or a contract renewal is on a separate page listing the actual services and prices. A new contract letter will be more informative and to the point.
Sample Cover letter outline:
Dear Mr. Smith,
Opening paragraph to break the ice.... "With daffodils pushing their way through the soil, we know spring is near. This past winter we have been planning for this spring by _______. We have scheduled your property for the spring clean up and look forward to seeing you in the month ahead.... blah blah".
Note highlights or changes... "Our contracts/services have/have not changed from last year. Please note ________"
Informational/reminder paragraph - no one really reads anyway:
"If you have any additional needs for your landscape this spring, please let us know. I am available to meet to do a preseason walk through of your property if you like. As well, if you are having any parties this season which will require additional attention to your landscape, please alert us to the dates and the priorities for the landscape."
Closing paragraph - "Thank you for your business this past year. We look forward to working with you again this season..... blah blah."
