Alright. Way to go. Just don't buy anything from those retards at Agriliance-AFC. Especially that fairy Steve Sanderson.

What equipment would you recommend buying starting out? I also would like to pick your brain on certain applications tips if you dont mind (best chemicals, tricks of the trade, etc.) Do you have a email address i can contact you at?
Thanks,
Chad

Yes that test is hard but it will open new doors for you if you pass it. Keep in mind, just b/c we have license you still have room to learn more. I living in AL also. I learn more and more every season. The guys on this forum have a world of knowledge and can help you. Always make sure that you understand what chemicals you are using and at all cost make sure you know how to calibrate.

Chief,
The test consist of 50 m/c questions. It was mostly weed and insect questions on the test. It had 2 calibration questions. I found a study guide on the state website that is money if you study it. let me know if you have anymore questions.

Green up,
I grew up in Choctaw County and we own rental house in Putnam. My parents still live in Gilbertown. Small world.

It is a very small world. Putnam is very small but there are some good people that live there. I do not now of anyone else that is certified. I have been very busy, and hope to stay that way with the economy the way it is. Do you know any Willliams from Thomasville?

I mainly just do fert and squirt,so far business is going pretty good. This is my first year spraying so I may have a different answer in a few months.Let me know about the Twin Bridges salesman,it would be a lot better than a trip to Birmingham.I'll try to look you up and give you a call.

Hey guys. I live in Springville about twenty minutes below you. Where are you buying Chemicals in B'ham. I know of a supplier that may say you some time if you are driving to Lesco. It is Universal Seed and supply and there is also a guy trying to start up in Argo, but has not gotten his chemicals in yet. This may save you some time.
At universal the guys name is Trent, he used to work for me when I was with the enemy-TG.
In argo the place is called Central Supply and the guys name is Jeff, also worked for me at TG.
Both have good prices on Pre-ems and ussually about the same as Lesco.
I have been doing Lawn care for 10+ years and will try to answer any questions you may have.
