Runing double blades when bagging leafs whats best setup

each mower can be different. You will need to try different combos and see what works for you. I always like the gator on top.

I've been mowing lawns for 10 years and this is the first i have heard of double blades. I've asked around here and no one else knows either. Is this just for certain types of grass or what is the purpose- it seems the added weight would kill spindles not to mention having to sharpen twice as many blades every day.

doubles rock! Just don't forget to grease them spindles!
Do a search...there has to be at least as many posts on using double blades as there are about striping. ;)
P.S. I use doubles so I don't have to bag leaves. That's the point of using doubles.
double blades:confused: never heard of such a thing.
that blow one up for shore.:D especially if u mowing
in my areas. oh well ,do a search,decide for yourself.
gators an mulcher blades take care of leaves best for me.
it just comes out itty bitty peices,that for the most part are not noticeable in the grass.
