I got a call yesterday from a woman and she starts asking me do I own or rent my equipment, where do I buy my seed and what kind, what kind of fert and name. Ok, she she already has the PITA price. When I meet her will determine if she gets the bi$ch price.

haha thats ******ed. Ive had numerous people ask me about my equipment, and how i mow such as one pattern all the time or in circles etc etc but enver that! i bet shes gonna be a PITA!!!!

Part of it is the customer wanting to know if your using quality materials, and another part of it is that they want to know if the " think " your trying to overcharge them.

I run into all the time. I've got a speech prepared to inform my customers why I have to charge what I do. It's more than just materials and equipment, it's the time involved to organize all the crap.
