I have a 3 year old Lawn that is in horrible condition! I mistakenly pul out Fescue the first year we moved in and then last year. I should have started over at the very beginning and placed Zoysia out!!
I have a good bit in some areas and bare in others. My soil is basically clay and rocks!! I have not performed a PH test on the yard. Thinking about do that this weekend.
After doing research, I wish I would have planted Warm season grass becuase my lawn gets dry very easily. I do not have a sprinkler system (would love to have one) but would like to install it myself and I do not have time right now.
I would like to know...what would work well with Fescue? Should I scape and started over? Should I work with what I have and hope for the best with Fescue? My yard is a little under 10,000 ft^2! I would like to keep everything between $500 - $1000. I am a DIY type of person so guys.......help me out!!!! :confused:
